    On-site measures

    Safety first! Here are several measures we have taken to limit the transmission of viruses and bacteria.

    We have done away with touchscreen monitors for guests – the records are handled by the reception desk or security.

    We have introduced rotating shift times for building services.

    We have implemented maintenance schedules in the tenants’ areas.

    An adjunctive disinfection of the common areas is carried out daily in accordance with the recommendations issued to the cleaning company – this includes the disinfection of surfaces (lift buttons and the surfaces of the cabins themselves, as well as handrails and handles) with a special disinfectant.

    We installed hand disinfection stations in common areas.

    We have replaced electric dryers in the toilets with paper towels.

    We installed plexiglass in the reception desk.

    We minimise the risk of infection by providing resources and information on basic and specific hygiene rules (such as hand washing/disinfection).

    Reporting a COVID-19 infection

    If an employee tests positive for the coronavirus, you may inform the property manager. We would be grateful if you could provide us with such details as the dates and times they visited the building, the spaces they visited, and the actions you intend to take in connection with the situation.

    Pro Tip

    If there has been a person infected with coronavirus in the building within the last few days and this information reaches the property manager, we will send you a notification.
