How do I get my access cards?
Before relocating to Spektrum Tower, provide the property manager with the number of cards you need and the access profiles to be assigned to them. The cards will be issued to your company. You are in charge of distributing them, therefore it is required to keep internal records. The records should indicate which card is being used by whom. This is for our mutual security.
You will receive the cards upon handing over the premises.
Card design
Customized cards cannot be ordered from third parties. However, you can personalize the cards you receive from the property manager by placing a label with your logo on them. Should you choose to do so, there are two things to keep in mind: remove the label from the card before returning it, and be sure not to cover the card number page.
Issuing new cards
However, you don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more for a fee! You can request them by sending an email to building security. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them, i.e., the number of cards and the access profiles to which they are to be assigned.
Access management
The card not only entitles the user to enter the office (24/7 by default), but also to benefit from additional services. For example, you can gain access to a parking lot or a bicycle locker room. If you want to change the range of services available via your card, feel free to do so!
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide the security guard or property manager with an email request to modify access on the access card.
Be sure to include both the serial number of the card you wish to modify as well as its sequence number.
The modification will be completed as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building security immediately to block access. The tenant bears the cost of issuing a new card in line with current market prices. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
CARD REPLACEMENT STEP BY STEP
Provide security or the property manager with an email request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
Be sure to include the serial number of the card you wish to deactivate.
Building security will program the new card as soon as possible once the approval from the property manager has been granted.
When collecting your new card from the building reception desk, be sure to sign the Card Handover Protocol.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager.
