Entrance for guests

Any guest at Spektrum Tower should keep these three things in mind: the main entrance, the reception and the person they intend to visit. At the front desk, the visitor should present their ID card, sign in the electronic Guest Book and indicate whom they wish to visit, not forgetting to mention the name of their host’s company.

We would also appreciate a reminder to the visitor to report their exit from the building to the reception desk upon the end of their visit.

Pro tip

We do not mind guests visiting outside standard working hours. However, for security reasons, this requires the approval of the property manager and a personal pick-up of the guest from reception.

Announcing your guests

As a rule, the reception desk is not involved in transferring information on arriving guests. We would thus be grateful if you to remember the guests you have invited. Well… rules are there to be broken. If you arrange it with the property manager, the reception staff will keep you informed of guest arrivals by telephone.

Pro tip

Even if you do not rent spaces in the underground car park, your guests still have somewhere to park their vehicles! There are APCOA commercial parking spaces on levels -1 and -2. The ticket office is located in the garage lift lobby on the ground floor of the building.

Security

If necessary, security will ask you and your guests to show their access cards. Those unable to prove the grounds for their presence in the building or common areas may be expelled.
